Used Accucraft UP Big Boy 1:32 Scale ESU sound DC/DCC

1:32 scale model of the famous Union Pacific Big Boy. Priced to sell. The same model is being offered for over $10k elsewhere. Amazing detail in this massive die cast engine. Detail similar to brass models in smaller scales. Last year, we installed an ESU decoder and Smoke unit. We installed a Kadee coupler on the tender. The tender has the speed sensors to control chuff rate. 
 
This is not for the average modeler. It is in very good condition, but needs fine tuning. I find the tender tracks very 'tight' and needs 30' diameter curves and smooth track. I would consider narrowing the gauge of the wheels a bit, and maybe removing the flange from 2 of the tender axles, to make this track easier. These ideas are beyond my skills.  
 
We installed an ESU sound, DCC and Smoke unit. It also runs in DC. The smoke does not work consistently in DC, and I do not have a DCC unit to test and program fine parameters such as chuff, acceleration, and more. Video shows this running in DC mode. I thought I might go full into DCC, but later learned I am not a DCC person.
 
The tender comes in a cardboard box with heavy foam padding. The Engine is in a metal carrying case, with a wooden base that allows easy for loading onto the track.There are no instructions.
