Our Policies:

 

We are a small USA-based Hobby products manufacturer, so our policies are simple and earnest.

 

Privacy: We hate spam and too-frequent e-mail campaigns. We will never sell our subscriber list, and we will be judicious with our e-mail campaigns.

 

Returns: We count on the fact that our customers already know enough about G scale to either ask questions in advance or solve common installation challenges through their own creativity and skill. For that reason, we do not accept returns unless it is caused by our error.

 

Shipping: We are not Amazon. In certain cases, items may get sold out or backordered. We will do our best to advise you if that happens. Be patient with our time to ship in-stock orders, the maximum should be no more than 2 – 2.5 weeks, but will typically be only a few days.

 

Satisfaction:  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us so we can try to make it right. Be polite and patient with us and you will get gracious treatment in return.
