In the real railroading world, the option for steel bridges opened up many new possibilities for bridges design.  Our flat trestles represent steel bents used in many situations in real civil engineering: approaches, straight bridges requiring less lateral support,  or curved bridges where close clearances call for 'slimmer' supports. Use your imagination to create interesting bridge scenes.
 
For fitting to your layout space, please refer to our measurements section below. Each box pier comes with feet that can be easily anchored to a base or table. Our Aluminum is light, strong, and naturally resistant to corrosion. 100% assembled in the USA, using high grade materials that will last a lifetime, just like our bridges.  We offer only one color option for Powder Coating: Black Diamond (a textured flat black)
 
We offer a free connection beam to help secure your bridge into our pier. Simply drill and tap 2 holes (if they are not already present), then plug the bridge into the pier. Works with the following models:
 
- Bowstring Arch            - Curved Bridges (single track)

- Deck Truss                      - R3 Turnout Bridge Sections
- Deck Girder                    - Thru Arch Truss*
 
*The popular Thru Arched Truss Bridges will be even easier – no drilling and tapping needed.
