This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. 3 windows are missing in the doors -
loose inside car. An easy fix. The instruction manual is  included. The original box is included. Box is clean and in good shape has one end that is taped
. 
Tested and ran well in both directions with lights and smoke working as they should. Check out the video and the running photos.
