CSX USA Trains Caboose Very Good Condition

This is a hard-to-find livery. CSX Caboose features fine detail and a flashing safety light. Equipped for interior lighting (not working), this pristine caboose would otherwise be listed as Like New condition. Original box and instructions.
 
I feel the issue is the light bulb, because the switch worked fine to control the flashing safety light. Bulbs only cost a few bucks but we have discounted the caboose by $20 due to the lighting issue.
 
Equipped with hook/loop couplers.
